Here is our detailed item checklist that tells you what to bring when you come to Stages of Recovery. Please contact us if you have any questions about this item checklist.

1.)  _____  Shirts: short sleeve, long sleeve, sleepwear, if possible one dress shirt for possible job interviews, jacket

2.)  _____ Gym clothes: Tennis shoes, tee shirts, shorts, leggings, sweats, socks, any other desired active wear

3.)  _____ Pants: shorts, sweat pants, jeans, if possible one pair of nice pants/dress/skirt for possible job interviews

4.)  _____ Hygiene products: Underwear, tampons, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, razors, socks, washcloths, bath towels

4.)  _____ Any accepted electronics: We permit having a laptop or tablet. We recommend a cellphone so that the counselors, house managers and the client’s roommates have fast and efficient means of contact. Please bring chargers for any electronics brought. Gaming systems permitted as long as they don’t interfere with the curriculum at Stages of Recovery

6.)  _____  Notebooks/Something to write in: Although we do provide a journal for our clients upon intake, this will mostly be filled with activities from group or stage work. There is no preference to the type of notebook

7.)  _____ Food: Overall, clients are responsible for feeding themselves; there are days that Stages of Recovery, Inc. will provide meals, and we will do our best to help with any food needs that we can. If transportation to a grocery store is needed upon move in, we are happy to help. Stages of Recovery also can assist in utilizing local resources, e.g. food pantries, food stamps and other local entities that provide aid

9.)  _____ Bedding: Twin size bedding, pillows
